Role and Responsibilities

The Director of Sales initiates and executes organic growth for the assigned region. The Sales Director will sell Homeowners Association Management Services & Contracts to HOA Boards. This role requires local travel and evening meeting attendance. This is an entry-level director role and the position has no direct reports.

  • Engage, prospect, and pursue sales opportunities
  • Attend sales meetings in person and virtually during business hours and occasionally during evenings and weekends
  • Achieve monthly KPI's and metrics for closing sales opportunities
  • Cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Responsible for local representation in industry trade organization
  • Responsible for building and maintaining professional networking relationships with industry professionals
  • Other Duties as assigned


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Real estate, property services, or HOA experience a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Flexible schedule for evening or weekend sales meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on a computer and stare at a monitor screen for long periods of time.
  • Ability to drive to and from a several locations on occasions.
