Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager / Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strength in overseeing team responsibility and be results-oriented towards achieving Quotas.
Duties
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Complete education, motivation & accountability of a Marketing Team

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Utilize marketing automation tools to drive sales initiatives
- Manage territory, including mapping and market saturation recording
- Contribute to content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
Requirements:
- Good Driving History - MVR
- Strong background in sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Ability to assist in product management tasks
- Skills in advertising and content marketing are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,750.00 per week
