Position Overview:
The Director of Sales will lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen Alfred Williams & Companys presence in your region. This role is responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities and aligning our services with customer needs. The Director of Sales will work closely with the Regional President to shape and implement market-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with Alfred Williams & Companys mission, values and commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the San Antonio market, aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to support their design, workspace, and sustainability goals.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, positioning Alfred Williams & Company as the preferred partner for workspace solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize metrics and client feedback to continuously improve service quality and exceed client expectations.
- Community Engagement: Represent Alfred Williams & Company within the local community, supporting our values and commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the furniture, design, or similar industries, with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute against both short-term goals and long-term objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiationand presentation skills.
