Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in account management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Assist with project management tasks such as coordinating timelines and deliverables

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or account management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,586.40 - $5,319.11 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
