August Uncommon Tea is hiring an Outbound Wholesale Sales Rep
August (www.august.la) is a premium direct to consumer tea brand based in Monrovia, CA. We are hiring a Southern California sales rep to help grow our client base in Restaurants, Cafes, and Hotels.
Our ideal candidate is currently working as a beverage wholesale rep and has a large existing client book to sell into. Recent experience in beverage sales strongly preferred.
August currently supplies tea to top LA restaurants like Funke, Bavel, Bestia, Juliet and more.

Responsibilities:
- Win new wholesale accounts for August in foodservice and hospitality
- Work with the August team to streamline the sales and onboarding process
- Help August optimize sales operations to maximize revenue and return purchases
- Develop relationships with quality Hotel chains
- Lead tastings with Foodservice and Hospitality clients
- Train Foodservice and Hospitality clients to brew tea to standards of excellence
- Sell and manage white label and custom tea blend development to qualified clients
