Jeff Brown Yachts is seeking an experienced Yacht Sales Professional with 3+ years of sales and brokerage experience to join our team in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of luxury vessels by guiding clients through all stages of the buying process, including showings, demonstrations, sea trials, negotiations, and delivery.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing ongoing support post-sale.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve fair, win-win outcomes for all parties.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, foster client relationships, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to business growth.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotions, incentive programs, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions, showcasing our luxury yacht offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the luxury boat and yacht market.
- Comprehensive understanding of the yachting industry, including familiarity with emerging technologies and new product offerings.
- Proficiency in utilizing listing platforms such as YachtCloser and BoatWizard.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple sales projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skilled in negotiation and contract management, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptable to changing market trends and customer behaviors, maintaining a flexible and forward-thinking mindset.
- Experience with sales CRM platforms and analytics tools, including Salesforce, to manage pipelines and track performance effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Jeff Brown Yachts offices, as well as national and international boat shows and industry events.
- Strong ethical foundation and values-driven leadership, promoting trust and integrity in all interactions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
