Job Description
Air Filter Sales and Service is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional organizational skills and sales support to our sales team.
In this fast-paced, relationship-based Sales Coordinator role, you will work closely with the sales team and other business units to support the company’s sales pipeline needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
This position would appeal to a highly driven, outgoing and assertive personality motivated to deliver exceptional administrative support to our team while juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal administration, purchasing, warehouse and service departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and attend internal company-wide meetings.
- Create and follow up on quotes to facilitate a quick turnaround on sales requests.
- Provide support to the sales team in a variety of administrative capacities using software tools such as MS Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel and Teams.
- Perform all job functions adhering to Air Filter’s philosophy, values, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- An interest in learning about industrial ventilation processes and related products and services.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems and resolve issues.
- Capable of working in a dusty and dirty industrial environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, Teams).
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience (administration, sales support, customer service, inside sales), ideally in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Postsecondary education will be considered an asset.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Pay: $52,000.00-$66,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales support: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
