We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, high performing, inside sales executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in lead generation, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing the pipeline of the business. They also have experience navigating through organizations, making deep discoveries, and speaking with C-level executives.

You are considered the front line of the sales process, a very critical role as the face to our prospects and clients. You will spend your day working in collaboration with the Sales Director prospecting and cold/warm calling trying to solve the world’s biggest AI and Automation challenges. You will be measured and compensated by the seamless handoff of qualified pipeline to our sales directors.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills are key, and a competitive, friendly, numbers-driven personality will thrive here.

Responsibilities:
· Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline of cold accounts.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and annual lead generation sales quota.
  • Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in Salesforce.
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
  • Evangelize Amelia products and our story, regarded as the leading Conversational AL technology by Forrester, Gartner, Everest, and many others.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
  • Strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • 2 - 3 years of full-time corporate lead generation experience in software sales.
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business.
  • Demonstrated success at achieving/surpassing lead generation quotas.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose a compelling offer.
  • A motivated, driven, and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative, fun team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree from accredited University
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2-3 years’ experience selling software.
  • Solution selling.
  • Enterprise prospecting experience.
  • Experience calling into call centers, customer experience, HR, support centers.
Salary range: $65 - $73K+
