Role Summary
What you'll get to do
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and alignment, fostering the growth of both the CSPs and Splunk while contributing to the success of ongoing programs and the overall relationship.
- Support day-to-day operations by working closely with CSPs and Splunk teams.
- Craft and publish internal communications to various teams, informing them about upcoming partnership events, meeting cadences, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with CSP coordinators to ensure that event agenda and communication materials align with event objectives and enhance the attendee experience.
- Promote the Cloud Capacity & Vendor Management team and the events it organizes along with the external partners.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Engage with various vendors to help arrange meetings for ongoing initiatives with the internal Splunk teams.
- Develop strategies and drive enablement for efficient meetings with the CSPs.
- Implement recurring communications for leadership and Splunk teams on ongoing/upcoming CSP events and meeting occurrences along with metrics.
- Develop mechanisms to collect feedback and insights from internal teams about partnership events, allowing for continuous improvement in communication strategies.
Must-have Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree with a focus in Technology.
- Good marketing and interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, skills, including bridging communication between vendors and internal Splunk teams - Engineering, Product, and Information technology communities.
- Devise and run comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CSP partnership events within the organization.
- Prior experience with managing large vendor portfolios is advantageous.
- Experience in documenting, marketing, and communicating opportunities to business stakeholders.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Relevant certifications for process and/or operational improvement (e,g.: Six Sigma)
- Relevant certifications that showcase experience with CSPs (e,g.: AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.

Note:
Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $108,000.00 - 148,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $97,200.00 - 133,650.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $86,400.00 - 118,800.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
