Job Description
Inside sales specialists represent the brands: Brady, Emedco, Seton, and/or Clement Communications. While managing new and existing accounts within a defined region of the US, inside sales specialists are responsible for identifying new opportunities within the existing account base, as well as finding new customer opportunities who are acquired via marketing efforts or the web. In addition, inside sales specialists collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate customer order placement and delivery.

- Strengthen and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up.
- Educate customers on products (safety signage, tags, pipe markers, labels, etc.) and services (safety audits, quotes, takeoffs, etc.) available.
- Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approach.
- Build and manage sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals.
- Maintain high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails.
- Utilize multiple systems (CRM (Salesforce), SAP, dialer).
Hiring range:
- $20 - $24/hr. plus uncapped commission earnings.
