Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating with customers, vendors, and our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, helping address inquiries by phone, email, and in-person to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Process sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with accounting, delivery, and warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new prospects and assisting in lead generation.
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue.
• General office duties as requested.
• Light warehouse duties to facilitate will-call orders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales roles preferred.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with ERP software, Sage is preferred.
• Experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).

Our focus is primary industrial packaging materials and equipment which is used by manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and general warehouses in the Pacific NW. Our product offering includes boxes, bags, protective packaging, palletizing, labels, films, and the equipment to automate the use of those materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.73 - $27.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
