Our staff has the opportunity to live in some of Canada's most beautiful cities in our staff accommodations. Our professional hands-on training is done daily, so you’ll finish your summer not only with unmatched income, but a new skill set for your future career. We provide fully furnished apartments/housing (rent free) and give students the opportunity to earn a higher than average summer income (our 2023 average earnings per student was $21,500 over the course of the three-month summer). You will have the opportunity to learn how to perfect a sales presentation, drastically improve your communication skills and the trajectory of your career with some of the most respected names in the industry, and apply these skills in live customer presentations daily.

As such we look for highly accomplished, extremely motivated individuals who are not looking to just pass the summer by, but rather want to maximize their earnings, travel within Canada, and gain valuable and transferable business skills.

Vantage Canada hires only the most ambitious students. This connects you with like-minded peers and creates a new valuable network of friends and business colleagues. This job also allows you to travel, should you so choose, although those who prefer to stick closer to home can also do so.

Vantage Canada sales reps come back to school in the fall with a new set of business and interpersonal skills that are simply not taught in university. In this job, you will be performing thousands of sales presentations to a very diverse group of people across major cities in Canada. Our reps come back with a new level of confidence and ability to communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds.

The PERFECT person for our program is the person who:

Has outstanding people skills, is out-going, socially strong and is well-liked by peers.

Comes from a competitive background i.e. sports/dance, etc.

Is extrinsically motivated and hardworking

Is adventurous and outgoing and has either has done some traveling or wishes to

Is motivated by money and/or by competition.
