JOB DESCRIPTION

• Must be able to pass a Physical Agility Test

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service delivery to our client in Henderson, Nevada. Your role encompasses a range of critical responsibilities, combining operational oversight, client relationship management, and team coordination. Your ability to navigate complex security scenarios, communicate effectively, and maintain a proactive approach will significantly contribute to our success. General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and liaise between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.

• Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction.

• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.

• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy.

• Ensure 100% compliance with assigned accounts' federal, state, and local regulations.

• Respond quickly to critical situations

• Ability to read and write detailed reports

• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• You are able to pass a Physical Agility Test.

• You can stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, and can work in the elements.

• Comfortable with the use of technology.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional‐level experience required. Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus.

• Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry is a plus.

• WinTeam experience is a plus!
