ISP Tek Services is looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Service Manager for its Southlake, TX location. We are a growing company, and this is an exciting time to join our team as we have been building our pipeline to offer our innovative services to a variety of industries seeking our help to reach their sustainability goals.


We are an HP Authorized Distributor and Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, certified to refurbish off-lease or previously owned business class computers and laptops. We strive to create value and superior user experience for all our customers. By leveraging world-class refurbishment processes and technologies we convert them into ?As Good As New? laptops and desktops: at a fraction of the cost of owning a new laptop and desktop.


Position Summary:

Incumbent reports to the Director of Sales and General Manager and receives direction in the form of broadly defined objectives.

The Customer Service Manager provides RMA Tracking/Support, low-level tech support, answers phone calls/emails, and assists the Sales team with data entry. The Customer Service Manager communicates with the QC Manager on reoccurring issues and handles customer escalations.

Exemption Status: Exempt; Full-Time

Annual Salary: Up to $40,000.00, based on experience


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a leadership role.
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Service
  • General PC knowledge is required.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory management software, experience selling on eBay/Amazon and General Sales preferred
  • Ability to be extremely detail oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure appropriate communication both internally and externally

Work Environment:

  • Position works in both an office environment and a production floor environment, including loud noises, vibrations, and some airborne particles present
  • Position may be required to stand, walk sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 25 lbs.
