Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming homes with beautiful and functional designs? Do you have a flair for style and a desire to help people find the perfect window coverings for their space? Budget Blinds is looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant & Design Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their design needs and provide expert advice on window coverings.
  • Guide clients through the selection process, showcasing the benefits of our products.
  • Measure, design, and quote window treatments tailored to each customer’s unique style and budget.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with their Budget Blinds experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a genuine passion for helping people and creating beautiful spaces.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Brings a positive attitude and enthusiasm for home design.
  • Has experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Is willing to learn and grow with our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,636.00-$80,980.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • On-site parking

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-04-22
