WHO YOUARE:

We are seeking a Maintenance Account Manager with exceptional communication and organizational skills. The maintenance Manager will be responsible for the quality, productivity, and safety in the field for accounts throughout Sonoma County. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following: customer service, maintenance, irrigation, equipment care, safety training, pesticide use and reporting, tree care and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Attend job site meetings and monitor sites regularly to keep apprised of client needs, work quality and accounts expansion opportunities.
  • Responsible for all aspects of personnel management which includes hiring, training, motivating, disciplining and terminating personnel.
  • Prepare additional work proposals for pricing and complete all jobs within established budgets.
  • Establish and maintain effective client communications including contract reviews, bids for additional work, and recommendations for special needs, maintenance schedules, project plans and emergency resolutions.
  • Communicate customer issues, contract status, sales leads, and problem identification and resolution strategies with Branch Manager and other key members of the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Required to know how to operate the following equipment:
  • Mower
  • Hedger
  • Weed eater
  • Operate a truck with trailer * Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Work M-F with start times ranging between 7 - 7: 30 am depending on the job (expect 8-10 hour days depending on season)
  • Applicant must of knowledge of plants
  • Applicant must have organizational and computer skills
  • Applicant must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move objects 60+ lbs or more
  • Applicant must be able to regularly bend, climb, squat, kneel, walk, and stand up to 7 hours per day in varying outdoor conditions
  • Applicant must be well-groomed, neat, clean, and must maintain a professional appearance, work shirts provided.
  • Applicant must be positive, responsible and have a can-do attitude
  • Clean CA Driver’s License
  • Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Applicant must be able to pass a drug test-random
  • Background checks will be admitted upon hire
