The Role: Business Development Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to act as the key link between our company and potential new clients. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and personable, capable of making an immediate positive impression and maintaining consistent communication and follow-ups. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with new clients, converting them into referring partners, and then transitioning them to a Relationship Manager. Your goal will be to bring in new referring partnerships that drive revenue for the company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with new clients, focusing on converting them into referring partners.
- Open Territory Management: Manage an open territory with a focus on larger opportunity areas as identified in our strategic growth plan.
- Networking: Leverage existing contacts and continuously network to expand our client base.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients until they are ready to be handed off to a Relationship Manager.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities.
- Client Qualification: Determine the suitability of clients for our services and referral program.
- Marketing Management: Manage all marketing plans and attend key marketing events in the area.
- Value-Added Touchpoints: Regularly engage with referral partners through value-added interactions.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly.
- Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Brand Promotion: Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactions.
- Reporting: Complete weekly sales meetings, leveraging available software(s) and data to make educated decisions that streamline your ability to win.
Qualifications:
- Persuasive and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Independent and Innovative: Capable of thinking outside the box and working independently to expand the company brand.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development and account management.
- Technologically Proficient: Proficient in using technology and dealing with equipment and software.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Travel: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently as required.

Compensation:
- 60,0000-100,000 USD
- Salaried position combined with competitive compensation structure
