Job Title: Sales Manager/Agent for FCT ACTech X-ray Analyzers in Cement and Minerals Industry
Location: Northern America (Remote)

As we continue to expand our presence in Northern America, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Agent to join our team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in mineralogy, chemical engineering, or material science to drive sales of our X-ray (XRF/XRD) online analyzers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the cement and minerals industry. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of dedicating 3-5 days per week to sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Northern American market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cement and minerals industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mineralogy, chemical engineering, material science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cement and minerals industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with remote teams.
