We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Mid Level) to join our team. This position is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by managing sales initiatives, logistics, and territory management. The successful candidate will have an impressive track record of developing and implementing strategic sales plans and building successful relationships with customers.

• Position Overview: The Sales Manager (Mid Level) will create and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends and ensuring the growth of the business.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations for sales strategy
  • Manage territory logistics
  • Manage direct sales teams
  • Monitor sales progress and report on performance
  • Develop relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of logistics, territory management, and direct sales
  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
