As A AT&T Account Manager, You Will Be:
- Communicating and informing customers about the qualification process and wireless services provided by our clients
- Providing a welcoming and positive experience to customers while answering their questions and concerns regarding qualification requirements and wireless cell phone technical inquiries
- Networking and building relationships with fellow team members and organizations to where we can expand our clients products and services
- Ensuring that all compliance is being followed per the client’s guidelines
- Qualifying customers for wireless phone services and ensuring they have all proper documentation if necessary
- Inputting confidential information from customers such as identification documents, contact, information, and state benefits documentation to verify eligibility for the free phone services.
AT&T Account Manager Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and interact with people
- Experience in customer service, community service, sales, non-profit work, knowledge of understanding products and services, or any related field
- A passion for helping others and making a difference in customers lives on the day-to-day
- The patience and empathy to listen and problem-solve towards customer needs and questions
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
