We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a AT&T Account Manager dedicated to our mission of serving customers. Our AT&T Account Manager team’s objective is to strengthen our organization in broadening products and resources to customers through telecom based clients. Partnering with telecommunication services and esteemed, we proudly bring vital resources directly to our customers. As A AT&T Account Manager, You Will Be:

  • Communicating and informing customers about the qualification process and wireless services provided by our clients
  • Providing a welcoming and positive experience to customers while answering their questions and concerns regarding qualification requirements and wireless cell phone technical inquiries
  • Networking and building relationships with fellow team members and organizations to where we can expand our clients products and services
  • Ensuring that all compliance is being followed per the client’s guidelines
  • Qualifying customers for wireless phone services and ensuring they have all proper documentation if necessary
  • Inputting confidential information from customers such as identification documents, contact, information, and state benefits documentation to verify eligibility for the free phone services.

AT&T Account Manager Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and interact with people
  • Experience in customer service, community service, sales, non-profit work, knowledge of understanding products and services, or any related field
  • A passion for helping others and making a difference in customers lives on the day-to-day
  • The patience and empathy to listen and problem-solve towards customer needs and questions
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Work Location: In person
