Job Description

Barry Enterprises Protection & Security Services is expanding. Barry Enterprises provides Protection & Security Services, Retail Security, Mobile patrol, Event Security Services, Alarm Response, Concierge Services, Parking Enforcement, Close Protection Services, and much more. We are looking to hire Entry-Level Security Consultant / Account Manager.

Salary will be paid out hourly at 5% commission on every client's monthly profit for the first 6 months after this there will be a commission/salary split when the client stays with Barry Enterprises. After one year, if sales target are hit you will be on salary with a 5% profit share paid out quarterly. This is a BUILD UP commission structure with no cap. All sales staff will be paid out for original sales for as long as sales continue, or you are no longer able to manage.

Please note that this role is 50% sales, and 50% operations for the first 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • schedule meetings and complete a weekly activity report (WAR).
  • Must develop sites once sale is complete, including onboard, hiring, training, and scheduling staff, aiding in payroll and timesheet management.
  • Must report to the Founder and respond to Executive Assistant.
  • Must ensure all staff arrive to work on site, this may involve emergency work requests.(Where you will be required to suit up)
  • Must ensure all invoices are sent and paid on time.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within Alberta.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Making at least 50 calls/emails/drop offs per day.
  • Maintain targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional image to interface with clients.
  • Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional office environment.
  • Strong MS Office professional skills.
  • Dependable.
  • Able to do repeated task work.
