Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Operations Assistant Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations and is responsible for building and executing a systematized approach to how we set up and manage pricing journeys. The responsibilities of the position include managing the process for reviewing and assessing data to set up pricing, pricing journeys, price increases and product migrations. Organize, manage and develop documentation for how we execute all aspects of pricing and renewal journeys in Salesforce.

  • Drive data metrics of pricing set-ups throughout the organization through partnerships with Finance, Account Management and Product.
  • Provide complex cross functional support to align the direction from the business, providing execution documents that will drive results while continually reassessing and pivoting to meet business needs.
  • Lead the delivery of processes and procedures to support a culture of continuous improvement of the pricing process across the business and systems.
  • Develop processes to support and maintain data integrity to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to document price increase and product migrations tasks and capture milestones to meet fiscal goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support the system and the users.
  • Provide reporting and feedback to management regarding initiative successes and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar role with knowledge of pricing process (acquisition, renewal, increases and product migrations)
  • Analytical thinker who can manage multiple data sets at a time and produce quality outputs
  • Proven time management skills in a deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel), Salesforce, Work Front (or similar tools)

  • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills

Salary Range: $59,675.62 to $79,567.50

Bonus Potential: 5%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
