Our 6-9 month Inside Sales program is a foundational program focused on hiring, training, and developing future standouts in ticket sales. You will receive details and comprehensive sport sales training with a strong focus on developing the skills vital to become an industry sales leader.
Our leadership team is committed to developing sales executives on both a personal and professional level, while exposing you to the most comprehensive training regime in all of sports. The program provides a courtside seat to the business of sports and will allow top performing sales representatives internal and external opportunities to advance their sports careers.
This is a part-time role that will work at our Inglewood offices at Intuit Dome. Typical work hours will be from 8:30am-5:30pm. Reps earn hourly wages and will have commission and bonus opportunities.
Interviews
We are hosting interviews to find our next class of Inside Sales Executives (Tuesday, December 3rd will be in-person, and Wednesday, December 4th will be virtual).
During the interviews, you will:
- See a presentation outlining the Inside Sales program and where some of our graduates are now
- Meet with Senior-level Executives and Sales & Service Leadership Team
- Participate in group interviews
- Interviews are by invitation only. Please apply to be considered.
Final candidates will be invited to a final round of interviews in-person on Tuesday, December 10th at our Inglewood offices.
What You Will Do
- Sell memberships, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and single game event suites
- Minimum 100 outbound phone calls daily
- Expected to prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Set appointments, show seats, and assist with Select-A-Seat events
- Game night duties as assigned (visit clients, works sales table, host prospects, etc.)
- Participate in sales driven arena events
- Attend weekly meetings and training sessions conducted by Manager
- Maintain computerized records of all prospects and clients with our CRM system
Your Background, Skills, and Qualifications
- Coachable, positive, confident, driven, resilient, dedicated, self-motivated, assertive, fearless, reliable, a great teammate, strong work ethic, takes initiative
- Proficient in basic computer software programs
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills & desire to be a sales industry leader
- Desire to be a sales industry leader
- Willingness to learn and should be able to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to present sales products to potential clients
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays
Compensation
- $17.28 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities based on performance
- The role is classified as non-exempt.
