Our incredible growth has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful In-Home Sales Consultant for the Tampa Bay Area. We seek motivated individuals for our roles that have an interest in both contributing to growing the company as well as their personal careers. If you have experience in the building services industry and delivering unmatched customer service, we would love to connect with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with 3-5 company supplied leads per day to generate and provide product quotes.
  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on our solutions and services to decision makers at their homes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing regarding new product and competitive information, as well as communicating field and quality issues.
  • Attend trade shows as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, driven, direct- sales orientated individual
  • Understand customer needs, develop an agreeable solution, document all project specifics, provide follow-up with the customer to the point of price presentation and final paperwork.
  • Five (5) years consultative sales experience with a verifiable track record of sales success
  • A general understanding of hurricane impact construction process
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Training process is a mix of one-on-one and on-the-job training over an four-week period.
  • Support from staff, management, and ownership during the first couple weeks of selling.
  • General proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficiency with CRM software - HubSpot familiarity a plus!

Compensation:

  • Commissioned based
  • Paid training, guaranteed income while you learn and build your skills
  • Industry leading technology and support
  • Pre-set company leads provided (higher income range potential from hunting additional business through social media, networking and referrals)
  • Expect to make between $70K 100K the first year
  • High performers earn more than $150K annually

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
