Job Description
Seeking sales manager with demonstrated experience managing a sales team. The ideal candidate for this position has highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record for achieving objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and resolve any potential issues, set realistic sales goals and closely monitor the effectiveness of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Create a viable pipeline of potential clients and business partners for the company.
- Create a department that meets the needs of customers.
- Create and execute advertising and promotional programs to target new customers.
- Come up with unique ways to sell products to prospective clients.
- Be an effective leader, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Manage the sales team.
- Create an effective commission structure for employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
