Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Understand clients' needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and customer satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to clients and management
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
Assist in generating quotes and perform follow ups as required

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in sales or customer service
Previous experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and ability to work well under pressure
High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Valid Driver's license
