Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our product line of armor related components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a passion for marketing innovative protective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build, manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the body armor sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the body armor/ballistics or related industry.
- Strong skills in sales, account management, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
