Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance account management practices.
- Utilize sales portal to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
