Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a defined region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in membership sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, drive sales initiatives, and foster strong customer relationships. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales objectives and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance account management practices.
  • Utilize sales portal to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Proficiency CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
