We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team (APOGEE INTERIOR SOLUTIONS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in technical sales and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships with clients while leading initiatives that enhance our service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct warm calling to generate new business leads.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager specifically in multifamily, single-family rental and/or builder flooring
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target driven mindset,
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,298.00 - $77,706.00 per year
