Green Touch Floors Inc. is a rapidly expanding flooring wholesale distributor in Ontario. We are committed to our customers with high quality engineered hardwood and vinyl flooring products in Canada and the United States. Currently, we are looking for a dedicated, disciplined, and self-motivated territory sales manager and sales representatives with extensive flooring industry experience and contacts to contribute to our company’s growth. Your responsibilities will include working with our team of sales representative to develop marketing, as well as building long-term client relationships.
Job Description
Territory Sales Manager- Strategic marketing of commercial and retail clientele
To perform Territory Sales Manager job successfully, the candidate must be able to do the following:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies
· Lead nationwide team to achieve sales targets
· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in commercial builders and residential dealer accounts
· Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
· Perform research and identify new potential dealers and new market opportunities
· Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
· Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure agents are on board
· Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
· Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
· Develops relationships with current customers and potential customers within a specific territory
· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
· Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
· Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
· Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel able to present product and negotiate well with consumers
· Manages displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
· Quotes prices, discuss credit terms and prepares sales contracts for customer orders
· Estimates date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules.
· Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers
· Utilize all marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures, and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product
· Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns, and credits
· Performs additional duties as required and or requested
Additionally, the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:
- 5+years flooring industry experience
- Extensive industry contacts
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: $73,706.00-$81,094.00 per year
