SureCall Contact Centers Seeks Exceptional Calgary-based Sales Director for Sales Team Development and Leadership

Your Mission:
- Master the nuances of cold calling, making each interaction a step toward success.
- Lead and inspire a remote sales force, guiding them to exceed expectations through resilience and a positive mindset.
- Educate your team that rejection is never personal but an opportunity for growth and learning.

Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.
- A resilience powerhouse, viewing challenges as opportunities to excel.
- Experienced in motivating and managing sales teams, especially in a remote or commission-based setting.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated success in sales leadership and team performance.
· Adept at leveraging technology to enhance team efficiency and sales outcomes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
· Measure everything and improve constantly.
Compensations:
· A combination of base salary and a very rewarding bonus program on new net sales generated by a team in Canada, US and the UK. Income of 150-200K or more is possible.

· 3 weeks plus 5 accrued flex days
· Adept at leveraging technology to enhance team efficiency and sales outcomes.
