D1 Training in Westminster, Colorado is looking to fill part-time Front Desk Membership Sales Consultant positions. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENING SHIFTS.

The Recruiter position at D1 Training is a critical Sales Consultant role and we are seeking high energy enthusiastic Associates to help grow our business. There will be opportunity to grow responsibility as the company grows!

D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility that delivers results. We work on speed, strength, conditioning, and agility. Our athletes are looking to improve overall fitness, train to reach the starting team, collegiate or pro levels - we want to help our members achieve their goals! At D1, we train athletes from age 7 through adults. D1 is more than turf and weights; it’s a mindset and a community.

In the Recruiter Membership Sales Consultant role you will:

  • Nurture leads and set appointments for free trials and consultations.
  • Utilize GPS CRM system and the Mindbody application to track and communicate with leads, capture customer information, schedule appointments, etc.
  • Follow-up on social media messaging.
  • Track leads, contacts, sales, and other related sales data.
  • Attend and participate in marketing events such as competitions, combines, etc.
  • Meet with prospective customers in person to close sales for front-end offers and sales following free trial or duration-based programs.
  • Close both internal and external phone sales for marketing promotions.
  • Help create engaging organic social media content and help maintain the social media calendar.
  • Perform related front desk duties; acting as the smiling face of the gym, greeting customers and prospective customers that come through the door, updating the facility bulletin board, etc.
  • Perform other light administrative duties as required (e.g., greeting customers, helping them check-in, light cleaning, etc.)

  • Curious! Not afraid to ask questions and willing to learn and continuously improve your sales process.
  • Relentless! A self-starter that is willing to outwork other sales people in the market. Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make calls for long periods to fresh leads.
  • Genuine care for the health and welfare of prospective customers and comfortable helping them make the right decisions about their health and wellbeing.
  • Organized and pays attention to detail.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of high ticket item sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Experience using business/office software (email, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of common social media platforms
  • Passion for helping people meet athletic, health, or wellness goals
  • Ability to work evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand at a desk working on a computer and speaking to customers on the telephone for long periods. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience selling high dollar fitness offerings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience curating organic social media to drive engagement
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems

Compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and the job being performed:

  • Base Pay - $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr plus commission
  • Additional incentive compensation for meeting sales performance targets
