Job Description
A granite fabrication company in the east valley is looking for a full-time Account Manager for a national countertop account. The applicant must be willing to learn about cabinets, granite and the fabrication processes. S/he must have a get the job done mentality, give great customer service, be detail oriented, be able to take direction, work at a fast pace and be able to multitask. We need a team player in this position. This position works closely with other departments within the company to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Job Duties:
· Project Management
o Communicate with the stores on the customer updates
o Communicate resolution of issues back to the stores
o Process orders in the software that are time sensitive
o Calculate square footage
o Upload documents in the software system
o Communicate with homeowners to assist with questions
o Troubleshoot issues when they arise in a timely manner while communicating with the customer and store
o Communicate with homeowners regarding job status and scheduling needs
o Cabinet Design 20/20
o Meet and create a relationship with all store sales representatives
