The Salesforce Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Salesforce expert with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture and Design
    • Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
    • Define and implement technical architecture strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce projects.
    • Understand and align solutions with Salesforce Well-Architected best practices.
  • Business Development and Client Relations
    • Support business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
    • Drive innovation and improvement within the Salesforce practice.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions
  • Expertise in UI frameworks including Salesforce Lightning Design System, AngularJS, Sencha, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Okta, and APIs (e.g. Jira, IBM-CCMS, LivePerson).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including Salesforce Einstein Analytics, with experience applying these tools within and beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Certifications
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect).
  • Additional certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Vlocity) are a plus.
