Summary:
The Digital Account Manager (DAM) manages client digital marketing portfolios and DMS's internal digital marketing team with various marketing campaigns across numerous platforms using current and emerging digital technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the course of their digital marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with clients to create campaign strategies which support client sales and marketing efforts and add value when integrated across multiple platforms.
- Leverage digital marketing and industry trends to help clients define qualification criterion and development target audience programs.
- Analyze and provide feedback on digital marketing campaigns based on web performance metrics.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on all digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with the Client Services, Creative, and Digital Development departments to ensure all projects are completed accurately and according to schedule.
- Responsible for addressing all client questions and concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities
- Completes additional assignments and special projects from the Professional Services Leader as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with DMS Values and Code of Conduct
- Adhere to all DMS policies and procedures at all times
- Learn and adhere to all Information Technology and data security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
- Learn and adhere to DMS rules and established policies for workplace health and safety
- Complete all required compliance training on time and in good faith
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Three to five years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter
- Ability to prioritize a range of projects and tasks with tight deadlines

The Fine Print:
This position is full-time, hourly, non-exempt. Overtime may be necessary to assist the Client Services team in meeting deadlines. Typical office hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time.
