Currently, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Regional Sales Director - East, to join our State and Local Government Sales team! This is a full-time, individual contributor role, based out of the Eastern U.S. This is a remote role, with the ability to travel as needed.

What You'll do:

  • Work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration of Salesforce solutions within the assigned Eastern U.S. territory.
  • Sell to the territory directly or via the Partner ecosystem.
  • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, with collaboration with team members in sales, marketing, Pre-sales, and delivery support to uncover all customer needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with the Salesforce State and Local sales team.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
  • Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales.

What You bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Salesforce.com Consulting Sales,
  • Some experience selling into Public Sector/Government customers would be ideal
  • Ability to sell a subset of product or services directly into strategic accounts or via partners into medium and large-sized accounts
  • Clear career growth trajectory and sales numbers.
  • Experience selling to C-suite
  • Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations
  • Ability to travel as needed.
