Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 + $500 commission with each resident admission

Community Relations Manager Overview:

As a Community Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the outreach efforts of our Assisted Living communities. Your responsibilities will include establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, connecting with community organizations, and facilitating the admission process for prospective residents.

Community Relations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources.
  • Community Outreach: Connect with community organizations and healthcare workers through calls, meetings, events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Information Sharing: Meet with prospective residents to provide them with comprehensive information about our care options and community amenities.
  • Admission Facilitation: Guide prospective residents through the admission process to ensure a smooth transition into our community.

Community Relations Manager Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an Assisted Living setting, sales, case management, or social work.
  • Alignment with Mission: Demonstrated compatibility with Sunflower Communities’ mission and operating philosophies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with DHS guidelines for customized living and residential care services.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to self-motivate and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
