About the Role:

As the Global Account Manager - Apple, you play a crucial role in driving overall success at one of mophie’s most strategic partners. You will report to the mophie General Manager and will collaborate internally and externally with cross-functional partners on both sides to execute on the vision and tactical deliverables required to ensure success with Apple.

This position requires a dynamic individual with strong relationship and organizational skills. A successful candidate must be able to communicate and espouse the high-level vision and strategy while at the same time possessing the aptitude to live in the details. As the go-to for all things Apple related you are in a unique position to martial and manage internal resources in pursuit of excellence with your Apple counterparts. Within this capacity you will lead efforts to deliver operational excellence, identify areas of unmet demand, and support efforts to drive revenue and profitability.


Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary, single point of contact for all Apple business partners and be the internal champion at mophie.
  • Understand the Apple business objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals using our products.
  • Receive, process, and properly disseminate questions, action items, strategic initiatives, etc. to our internal teams with complete ownership and accountability back to the customer.
  • Conduct frequent check-ins with Apple counterparts to review performance, gather feedback, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Directly partner with Merchandising, Operations, Field Engagement, Supply and Demand Planning, Global Supply Management, Engineering, and other relevant groups at Apple in pursuit of excellence.
  • Assist in Apple B2B and Apple-led enterprise opportunities for the Apple / mophie ecosystem.



Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient team player who thrives on deepening account relationships and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Customer Focused ethos with world class organization and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are hit.
  • Ability to influence those around you in a program manager way to ensure the organization collectively is both proactive and responsive to the account.
  • Demonstrate a broad range of experience and understanding covering all aspects of the CE industry including procurement, SDM planning, program management, logistics, and finance.
  • Action Oriented, ability to Deal with Ambiguity, and Command Skills across organizations.
