Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to effectively analyze market trends and develop strategies that align with our clients' needs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Engage in warm calling to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to foster long-term partnerships.

Skills

  • Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably within the technology sales sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,651.00 - $230,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
