Sales coordinator
Looking for an experienced, talented, and energetic cosmetic surgery patient coordinator for a full time employment in a multi-doctor practice surgical center. Ideal candidate needs to strive in a customer service environment.
- Needs to demonstrate ability to engage with patients.
- Detail oriented and with excellent communication skills.
- Provides guidance and acts as liaison between surgeon and surgical results.
- Manage consultation process.
- Must have a professional appearance that represents our upscale practice.
- Needs to participate in practice marketing.
- Review patient’s medications and health history to determine pre-admission testing.
- Collects surgical fees.
- Coordinates with clinical staff to get information for all patients.
- Documents and maintains all correspondence with patients
- Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Salary: $15.00-18.00/hour (based on experience)
