Pay Rate: Base plus commissions on sales, total target minimum compensation of $150,000 or more a year

Position Summary: The Residential In-Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options. Ensuring that the customers' expectations are met and payment has been secured.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time and activity management skills
  • Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to walk/navigate construction sites and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
  • Residential load calculation experience preferred
