By working closely with our Account Executives, you ensure that each new client receives a personalized and thorough onboarding experience. With your experience in customer management and technical troubleshooting, you're ready to take on this vital role and contribute significantly to our client's success.


Key Responsibilities
:


  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Technical teams, advocating for the customer and minimizing roadblocks.
  • Act as a product expert to support Account Executives during the sales cycle.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions via Google Meet.
  • Develop and update onboarding documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, ensuring all customer communications and data are accurately recorded.
  • Address client inquiries and technical issues promptly, ensuring a seamless onboarding and transition experience.
  • Establish and nurture strong, loyal client relationships, preparing for a smooth handover to Account Management post-onboarding.
  • Be the customers' advocate, minimizing obstacles and enhancing their experience.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities with new customers, contributing to business growth.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • At least 1-2 years of experience in presales, customer success, solutions consulting, account management, or similar roles.
  • Technical mindset and ability to become a product expert
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess and exceptional communication skills.
  • A confident presence combined with keen business insight and outstanding presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English

Salary $55,000-$65,000 plus bonus
