Licensed Sales Coordinator

Summary of Position:

The ideal candidate will have strong sports knowledge, great organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. You will report directly to the Licensed National Sales Manager. You will assist the sales department with coordinating new and existing client and sales rep requests.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position are:

Work with reps on orders/logos/expediting
Enter orders for various accounts
Assist with price sheets/memos/catalog development
Assist customer support when needed on editing orders
Liaison between reps and logo developers for new logo/embroidered patch development requests
Assist with tradeshows and/or traveling to Key Accounts
Coordinating Booking info/rep notes into a single document
Work directly with the National Sales Manager on projects for the Leagues or Key Accounts
Coordinate with Product Development on salesman samples
Assist in shipping samples to customers/league offices
