Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in key markets in North American and globally.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Performance: Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet changing market demands.
Reporting: Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an International Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the construction, roofing, electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or traffic management industries.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage successful sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
Ability to travel nationally as needed.
