ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for driving a Sales Team to execute on Sales goals and initiatives.
  • Create a high performing Sales culture while building a strong Team.
  • Responsible for the overall performance and development of our Sales reps.
  • Ensure that each Sales rep meets or exceeds all sales activity standards & KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor the Sales Team in terms of lead generation, prospecting calls, demonstrations, presentations and closing of sales.
  • Set clear direction for Sales Reps through observing and documenting performance, providing feedback and providing appropriate recognition/constructive criticism.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years in B2B Sales, selling products and services.
  • 3+ years in sales management experience preferred.
  • Coachable
  • Experience leveraging sales processes (ie Sandler Sales process)
  • Results-oriented
  • Self-motivated; someone who has high sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Consultative sales experience preferred
  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess valid driver's license issued in your state of residence
