Job Opportunity:
We are excited to be expanding our team with an Inside Sales role at our office in Richmond, BC. Our ideal candidate for this role is an energetic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and high ethical standards. Our Inside Sales team, is the epicentre of our business as the centralized point of communication amongst our suppliers, customers, outside sales, accounting, warehouse staff, operations, and logistics.

About Us:

TOSOT Supplies Inc. is a heat pump & Air conditioner distributor in Canada. Our high-quality, energy-efficient heat pumps meet energy subsidy standards to reduce carbon emissions and improve quality of life. We are professional, agile, and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to new and existing clients.
  • Prepare client’s quotation, sales order, and invoices.
  • Perform market research and develop new leads for sales team to follow up.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication pieces i.e.: memo’s, reports, etc.
  • Assist manager with assigned tasks in sales and marketing.

Skills and requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good computer skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, attentive to detail and positive attitude.
  • Able to work with all levels of people, easy-going and open-minded.
  • Inside Sales/Sales/Business Development/Marketing experience is required. HVAC inside sale experience would be highly considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00-$6,500.00 per month
