Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 40 Hour Weekly Minimum (Full Time)
-With the exception of inclement weather, in which case Saturday may be leveraged to make up missed time during the week

Job Description: The Residential Landscape Maintence Account Manager must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the landscape maintenance process to include sales, production, customer service, estimating, training, etc. This position oversees all interaction with the customer and keeps them informed of all aspects of the maintenance process. This position grooms the relationship with the client while interfacing with company production and accounting personnel. This position also interfaces with subcontractors and vendors as required throughout the maintenance process. This position is also responsible to conduct monthly walk-throughs with the client when desired or as scheduled, resolve any issues discovered therein, follow through to ensure that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the client, and ensure all change orders/enhancements are billed properly.
Reports to: The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager reports directly to the Branch Manager.

To be the perfect candidate for this position you will need to have the following (Skill Set and Educational Requirements):
- Ability to sales residential landscape maintenance contracts
- Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in a Green Industry related field
- Preferred Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) and a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT)
- Able to manage a portfolio of clients in maintenance contracts
- Knowledgeable in plant, tree, and insect identification
- Well-informed on the operations side of the landscape maintenance process
- Able to effectively train new employees on company operations, systems, and procedures
- Able to supervise multiple Residential Landscape Maintenance crews
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
- Possesses excellent computer skills
- Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Oultook Calendar
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial maintenance account annually
- Sells a percentage of account contract value in enhancement work
- Process all enhancements and ensures that they are priced and processed correctly
- Prepares all bids/proposals for enhancement work
- Develops new business/accounts and prepares bids for Branch Manager and LM Production Manager to review
- Reviews all bids/proposals with Branch Manager for accuracy and profitability
- Presents all proposals/documents to client
- Closes sale and coordinates job specifics with LM Production Manager and Accounting personnel
- Interfaces with client and ensures that all of client’s concerns are addressed and tracked in a timely and professional manner
- Conductions monthly walk-throughs with the client if desired, identifies and documents all discrepancies
- Provides written monthly report and files in customer file
- Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule
- Ensures that jobs are kept at or under budget
- Interfaces with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of their work
- Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of job materials
- Interfaces with LM Production Manager to ensure client’s expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget
- Ensures that company production standards are met
- Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to Crew Leader and LM Production Manager
- Ensures all accidents are properly documented and reported immediately
- Ensures all workers’ compensation insurance claims are properly documented and reported immediately
- Ensures that all equipment is operated in a safe and proper manner
- Ensures that all equipment is maintained properly and preventatively maintained daily
- Evaluates equipment utilization and makes recommendations for future purchases
- Ensures that vendor invoice pricing is accurate and as bid
- Ensures that job cost reports are properly analyzed and disseminated
- Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Assists in the development, implementation, and achievement of the company’s annual budget goals
- Assists in the development and implementation of the company’s new business development plan
- Assists in the development and implementation of the company’s training goals
- Assists in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
