Job Description
World Bioproducts is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative with a sharp attention to detail and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer care. We take a hands-on approach to growing our customer base and fostering the long-lasting relationships that we have established. As an experienced team in customer service and sales, we seek to provide world class service to our domestic and international customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage order entry for domestic customers.
- Send Certificates of Analysis, as indicated via daily reports and ad hoc requests.
- Participate in answering phone calls directed to the company and direct calls as necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries about order status, product availability, invoice requests, etc. as received.
- Participate in drop shipment and standing order management.
- Assist with international orders and shipments.
- Support the Customer Service and Sales Department as requested.
About You/Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university program.
- At least two years' experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
- An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales.
- A positive personality and the natural ability to connect with customers and other team members.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Nav preferred.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
