Key Responsibilities:
· Selling RV’s
Support Sales Manager in the following ways:
- Desking deals in Sales’s Manager absence
- Achieving revenue targets and managing sales team
- Mentor sales staff to improve sales techniques and customer service.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license.
