Structures Unlimited, Inc., located in Bow, NH, is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing innovative daylighting solutions, including skylights, structural systems, and translucent panel systems. With a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and exceptional craftsmanship, we help clients transform their spaces with natural light.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities -
Product & Service Positioning:
- Identify and develop the correct product and service model is in place to grow sales.
- Support national line sales and distributors in promoting to new and existing clients, including distributors, architects, contractors, and building owners.
- Conduct client presentations nationally and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the company’s footprint in target markets.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and strategies to generate leads and drive brand visibility.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, measure, and report on sales performance.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.
- Contribute to product innovation by sharing client feedback and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the construction, architecture, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of architectural products, daylighting solutions, or structural systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel regularly.
